I ordered the Designer’s Choice “as shown” bouquet and, unfortunately, I was disappointed with what I received. For nearly $90 including delivery, the arrangement felt quite small relative to the price. As someone who actively tries to support local businesses, I had high hopes for this order based on the shop’s website and Instagram photos. While the bouquet itself was attractive, I expected a fuller, more substantial arrangement for the cost. In my experience, I’ve received larger bouquets from other florists at a similar price point. I understand that pricing reflects not only the flowers themselves but also labor, design expertise, and operating expenses. However, as a customer, I did not feel that the value matched the amount I paid. If refunds were an option, I would consider returning the arrangement, but instead I’ll take this as a lesson for future orders. For anyone considering this florist, I would recommend comparing prices with other shops and, if possible, visiting in person to get a better sense of arrangement sizes before placing an order. The flowers and the service were both wonderful! I purchased from Apple Blossom Florist last year, and I have become a return client. The site photos do the arrangements no justice! They are even more stunning in person. The communication and delivery was seamless. Thank you so much to Shawn for the email and text upon delivery. We were all pleased with the way the arrangement turned out as well as the overall experience.

I ordered flowers by phone for a co-worker who suffered a loss of a parent. The service was impeccable. I received a beautiful photo of the flowers, they were just what I had asked for and looked gorgeous. The delivery was prompt, and the recipient was quite pleased and touched. I work for a greenhouse/florist/garden center myself and I generally hate the process of choosing floral arrangements for long-distance gifts to loved ones, because I can get easily frustrated. What happens with OTHER florists, is that often is billed as "guaranteed" same-day delivery, turns out to be days later once you've paid and checked out. And often the arrangements don't end up looking like the photo, not due to necessary replacement flowers, but just in overall quality. Sometimes they don't look like the same arrangement in the least bit. BUT, I spent a couple of hours searching the sites of florists in Oakland, and landed on Apple Blossom. SO glad I did. One change in arrangement was necessary and the florist contacted me directly and promptly for my preferences. It was delivered within 12 hours of the time I placed the order from across the country. And most importantly, the product was STUNNING and is even better than the photos I purchased from. My friend was blown away. The array of beautiful and unique arrangements made choosing difficult.
